Red Teaming, broadly speaking, involves a group of people who are given the task of applying contrarian thinking or other forms of opposition in order to discover weaknesses in a plan. This 1-2 day programme (depending on client requirements) introduces some of the tools and techniques of being a ‘red teamer’ in a business simulation including:

  • How to act as an opponent or competitor in an outcome simulation (sometimes referred to as a business war game)
  • The application of alternative futures and alternative analysis techniques

Basic red-teaming techniques make up the bulk of day 1 and an introduction to design and execution of simulations is offered in the two-day version.
