TorquePoint Experiential Learning Programmes are learning simulations – they are great fun with a serious purpose, providing real learning and engaged staff.
Based on the knowledge that adults learn best by doing rather than seeing or hearing, our programmes take participants straight into a sequence of subject-relevant simulations that are designed specifically to fit your organisation or industry group.

The TorquePoint team is led by Dr Simon Ewing-Jarvie (Chief Disruption Officer) and Hon Heather Roy (Chief Engagement Officer). We design and run business simulations and experiential learning programmes.
Our client base is international but our home base is classic Kiwi. When we are not with clients, you can find us in the awesome little village of Havelock at the base of Pelorus Sound, Marlborough, New Zealand.
